Leicester food lovers, we've got some news for you! Good AF, your favorite food truck, is introducing some changes to our menu that you're going to love!
First up, we're adding a delicious seafood option with our Shrimp Tacos, two delectable tacos packed with cumin-chili North Carolina shrimps, our brand-new Good AF Slaw, and a delightful mango chipotle crema, all nestled in soft corn tortillas. This dish is perfect for those looking for a light yet flavorful meal.
Next, we're excited to introduce the Good AF Slaw, which can also be enjoyed as a side. Made with Napa cabbage, carrots, and a dash of ranch seasoning, our slaw is a refreshing accompaniment to any of our menu items, or as a standalone snack.
While we say goodbye to a couple of items on our menu, we're confident that these new additions will become instant faves. As always, we continue to offer vegetarian substitution options, such as faux chicken and Beyond Burgers, so everyone can enjoy the Good AF experience.
